We emphasize the importance of environmental protection and sustainability in our educational work and integrate environmental topics into the curriculum.

Teachers can take part in further education and training courses that support their professional development. The general conditions in Ethiopia are very different from those in Switzerland. Teachers are often sent to remote areas with low salaries and hardly any housing. This is why we also integrate incentives and infrastructure development for teachers into our support and philosophy.
